In 2008 we designed and built test equipment to conduct reliability testing of driver’s control equipment including joystick’s and various push button’s.
Custom unique test equipment was designed and built that had to be accurate and dependable to service testing of the joystick’s in excess of 4 million cycles. Each operation was recorded on data acquisition equipment that monitored voltage, change of state and degradation of switching contacts and mechanism’s (watch the video below).
