Brake Simulator System

CES-P-EBS

The BCU Tester enables off train troubleshooting of a BCU rack pair (TC & MC), allowing any faults to be validated to the card level, eliminating the need to send entire BCU racks to the OEM for investigation and repair.

The brake simulator allows static and dynamic BCU functionality testing. Pneumatic circuits are electrically modelled eliminating the need for compressed air. To achieve this, input and output signals are electronically simulated.

EXPO Power Distribution

CES-P-EXP

EXPOcentric, creators of exhibition displays approached Technobility to offer an electrical compliant design for a new power outlet solution that would plugin to a 3 phase (415 volt) socket and allow for ​10-amp, 15-amp and 20-amp single phase power distribution circuits that are protected by RCD Residual Current Device circuit breakers.
 

Technobility came up with an optimum design and manufactured the assemblies for Expocentric. The assemblies are compact and are fitted with an array of double pole GPO's General Purpose Outlets and CB's Circuit Breakers.
